Melbourne Street Art Tours takes you through the streets and laneways, highlighting who the artists are, giving you a sense of current influences and issues, sharing technical aspects involved in spray painting, stencil art and paste-ups, and explaining the significant role street artists have played in making Melbourne one of the most important destinations worldwide for street art.
Each tour is led by one of Melbourne’s elite street art stars. With local knowledge on just about everything, their guides treat you to some of Melbourne’s hidden underground treasures. You will discover the endless array of street art that adorns the walls of Melbourne's trendiest suburb; from huge commissioned murals to hidden painted alleys and laneways their Fitzroy tour is the perfect way to delve even deeper into the city's unique street art culture.
The 2.5-hour tour finishes at the famous Rose Street Artist Markets where you will be free to wander and browse and treat yourself to a coffee, tea or soft drink on them.

Melbourne Street Art Tours takes people through the streets of Melbourne and shows them who the artists of the street works are, what technical aspects are involved in spray painting, stencil art and paste-ups, and what significant role the artists have made in making Melbourne one of the most important destinations in the world for Street Art.
As you are led down hidden laneways and arcades you will discover some of the most interesting street art and outdoor galleries in the world.
They also focus on the more social and political aspects of Street Art. What political statements are the artists making? Are they important enough to be seen as art, or is it just graffiti after all?
Melbourne Street Tours are the only Street Tour that hires practising Melbourne street artists as their guides. The CBD tours also end at the famous Blender Studios (now located in West Melbourne), where the participants will get an exclusive VIP tour of both the studios and the gallery (Dark Horse Experiment).
