Since arriving in Melbourne a quarter of a century ago he's become revered for myriad reasons – and only one of them is his mouth-watering rotisserie chicken. After missing from the dining scene for too long, Mouchel's eponymous fancy French bistro has hung onto the bird that's made him so beloved, as well as a series of other staples.
