After a stop at the hen house to collect the eggs, executive chef, Jarrod Smith will prepare a traditional camp breakfast on the fire. Including house made baked beans, freshly collected Free Range Moodemere eggs with foraged greens, wattle seed damper with Moodemere honey and house smoked bacon.
