On the way back, executive chef, Jarrod Smith will join the tour to explore along the banks of the Lake Moodemere foraging for wild greens to be used in the masterclass.
Once back at the re-purposed homestead and now Lakeside restaurant, Jarrad will share his secrets on how to use secondary cuts to create a first class lamb dish your guests will applaud.
