For Adam Pizzini, food and family are synonymous with one another. Treasured early memories of helping in the garden, picking fresh tomatoes and soaking up their transformation in the kitchen have inspired him to continue this way of life.
As such, Adam invites you to his little piece of Italy - Rinaldo's Casa Cucina - for a degustation representative of both the rich Italian culture that’s been part of the North East for generations and the spoils of harvest time.
Celebrating the end of the season with a feast is an Italian tradition, with each region highlighting its own specialty. Rinaldo’s Casa Cucina will do the same during the Feast High Country Festival - your degustation will feature vegetables from the kitchen garden, handmade pasta made with free-range eggs from the King Valley, apples from Stanley and a bounty of King Valley chestnuts and walnuts. What better way to appreciate autumn?
