Watch water cascade over a spectacular 30-metre vertical precipice of hardened basalt lava into a deep plunge pool at this punch-bowl waterfall fed by the Wannon River.
Take in the scenery from the viewing platform and learn more about the local area in the rotunda. Interpretive signage covers local geology, flora and fauna and Koori history as well as details of colonial artists who painted in the area.
To get to the falls, take the Wannon Falls turn-off 15 kilometres west of Hamilton on the Glenelg Highway.Content: Visit Victoria
