On entering Taxi restaurant, you will be surrounded by breathtaking views of iconic Melbourne and partake in a multi-course meal of signature dishes.
Entrees include candied pork, pickled papaya and red nam jim (signature dish) and rare seared tuna, pickled ginger, mint, wasabi, shichimi pepper (accompaniments change seasonally).
Your main course is szechuan duck with hot Vietnamese mint salad and five spice caramel.
This fabulous meal will be completed with a cheese and sweet treats. Two glasses of Victorian wine are included for each guest.
