Osprey 10 has two ensuite bedrooms, a spacious upstairs north facing lounge and dining area with a well appointed kitchen. There is a paved rear courtyard for barbecue entertaining and a lockup garage for storage, surfboards and bikes.

The upstairs lounge has a north facing window providing light, space and distant views of Swan Bay. There is an intimate dining area that adjoins a well appointed kitchen. There is also an adjoining powder room.

Downstairs, the front bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, built in robe and ensuite bathroom. A sofa bed is upstairs which can sleep two. There is a fully equipped laundry with direct access to the paved courtyard.
