Pho Nom’s Jerry Mai is taking over Arts Centre Melbourne’s much loved Café Vic during Asia TOPA festival. Transforming the venue into a classic Vietnamese eatery, serving steaming bowls of pho, fresh rice paper rolls, grilled chicken lemongrass vermicelli salads, salt and pepper chicken ribs and bahn mi to name just a few delicious dishes.

A trusted face on the Melbourne restaurant scene, Jerry Mai has worked in a variety of Asia focused restaurants including Longrain and Gingerboy before opening her own classic Vietnamese eatery, Pho Nom.

Visit either of Jerry’s two venues (located in Emporium and on Collins Street) and you will find Melbournians queuing for a taste of her Fried Chicken Bahn Mi with Siracha Mayo or a bowl of her fresh and fragrant pho.
