Cancellation and booking policy
Bookings are confirmed on full payment. If paid bookings are cancelled: more than 7 days in advance - 90% of costs will be reimbursed: 2-7 days in advance - 50% will be reimbursed: within 48 hours of commencement - refunds will not be available. If Hidden Secrets Tours is forced to cancel a booked tour, any prior payments will be fully refunded. Hidden Secrets Tours operate in all weather with a minimum of 2 people. It is highly recommended a reconfirmation call is made between 24 and 12 hours prior to any tour. Hidden Secrets Tours recommends all participants take out their own travel insurance.

Private or Corporate Bookings
Hidden Secrets Tours accommodate private bookings, dependant on availability. Groups can be taken on other days than listed here with a minimum of four people, or scheduled tours can be booked out for a private tour if you take all eight places. When signing up for a private tour, tours can be personalized. Request tour design ideas when booking. Corporate groups that we are best suited to are between eight and 30, with one host to a max of ten. We welcome any queries for specially design itineraries.

This contemporary team of tour hosts have designed options for travellers and locals - not just 'tourists', focusing on experiencing the city and all the local design talent that exists in Australia's creative hub with information that's more current than a guide book!.
Half day tours are offered for first time and repeat visitors, to enjoy the life and soul of the city that's often missed.
By design Melbourne is a spectacular city to walk, so most itineraries are confined to the city centre.
Meet the independent store owners and local characters, indulge in the cafe culture, enjoy the diversity of cuisine and find the best designer shopping solutions that only Melbourne can provide!
Tour group sizes are kept to a maximum of eight to maintain an intimate experience, and will run with a minimum of two people on scheduled tour days.
Food, art, fashion and wine mixed with a little history and architectural treasures. Indulge yourself in the cultural essence of Melbourne with these must do experiences.
Tours include:
- The Lanes & Arcades tour (signature product): Monday-Saturday - 10am (3-4 hours)
- Sommeliers City Walk: an innovative early dinner experience, Monday - Thursday - 5pm (2.5 hours)
- Art & Design Walk: Wednesday-Saturday - 2pm (2.5 hours)
- A Vintage Outing: Thursday, Saturday, Sunday - 10.30am (4.5 hours)
- Cafe Culture Walk: Monday-Friday - 11am (2.5 hours)
School or Private options are available, as well as for special events. eg: Literary Walks or French speaking tours.
Opening hours
Specific tours run on different days, though special requests for private tours are welcome. Generally tours are not run on Sundays.
