This award winning Park is owned and operated by Greg Parker and his family. Founded in 1985 through a passion for conservation of wildlife and the environment, the Parker family have long realised the value of allowing people and animals to come together in a relaxing, friendly and educational environment. The selection of animals is truly unique and features animals that can only be described as natural wonders of the world!

Children can experience close contact with koalas, wombats, kangaroos and even crocodiles. Ballarat Wildlife and Reptile Park houses a rich collection of Australian wildlife in 16 hectares of natural bushland.

Guided tours run every day at 11 am and weekend keeper shows from 1.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Services include Aussie bush barbecues, coffee shop and quality souvenir shop.

Coming from Melbourne take first Ballarat exit from Western Highway (Melbourne). At first set of traffic lights (corner Fussell and Victoria Streets) turn left. Ballarat Wildlife Park on the right hand side after the roundabout. Pointer signs for additional directions.

Meet Baby
Meet "Baby" a 4 metre female Albino Burmese Python with sweet natures and a firm cuddle. She is our newest addition at the park and a firm member of our family already. She has the local kangaroo population just as amazed as the guests, and the keepers wrapped around her tail.
