Retrostar Vintage is one of the largest temples to recycled chic you’ll find in the city. Drawing its stock from the US and Canada, styles span slacker cords to dresses fit for a homecoming queen. Men’s and women’s clothing, shoes and accessories are all covered, and items are arranged by decade from the 1940s to the ‘80s. There’s also a new ‘Rock Star Room’ which stocks vintage band and music t-shirts. For some, the sheepskin vests and bellbottoms are a trip down memory lane; for others the entire store is a time machine.
