Staff are on hand to guide you through the delightful vintages, some even boasting inside vineyard intelligence. So, if time permits, why not extend the cellar-door experience? Just pay the flat corkage fee to drink your grape discovery on-site while downing bar snacks like cigar-smoked salmon.
