Como Cottages

Catering for romantics, overnighters & families or groups, Como Cottages are set within the lush surroundings of 100yo gardens - tall Gums, flowering Rhododendrons and lush Ferns surround each cottage in their own private sanctuary.

Each cottage is fully self contained with all creature comforts. Soak in a large two-person corner spa with candles and incense burning (provided), while listening to your favourite music. Watch some TV or grab a video from the local video shop. 

Put your feet up and relax in your cottage or walk to the villages (Olinda, Sassafras and Mt Dandenong) for some shopping at the craft shops or a bite to eat at the many and gastronomically varied fantastic restaurants of the area.

Other options include Puffing Billy (10 min drive), Healsville or the Yarra Valley Wineries (about 30 mins drive) or bush walking through the famous Sherbrooke forest. The newly refurbished Cameo Cinema is close by too

Our rustic, Victorian, 'no lace' cottages have polished boards, rugs, period furniture, coloured glass vestible windows, open fires, gas 'Kooka' stoves and wrought iron beds (farmhouse & four poster).

We supply all your breakfast ingredients for a good old-fashioned hot or cold breakfast as well as Twinings teas & plunger coffee.
