P.S Adelaide

P.S. Adelaide

Built in Echuca, P.S. Adelaide is the oldest wooden hulled paddle steamer still operational. In 1964 she was lifted from the water and took up residence in Echuca's Hopwood Gardens, where she lay for 20 years. In 1980 restoration commenced and she was refloated in 1984.

P.S Alexander Arbuthnot

P.S. Alexander Arbuthnot

The Alexander Arbuthnot was the last steamer built on the Murray during the riverboat trade. During WWII, she lay idle and sank at her moorings in 1947 but was raised in 1972. The 'A.A' was bought by the City of Echuca in 1989 for restoration at the Port.

P.S Pevensey

P.S. Pevensey

After catching fire in 1932 the Pevensey was rebuilt, but later fell on hard times and became a floating museum. Brought in for port restoration in 1973, she was refloated in 1976 and began carrying passengers 3 years later.

Avoca Paddle Steamer

Moored at the Mildura bank of the Murray River, this 1877 paddle boat has been refit as a bar and café in a beautiful river front setting. The Avoca runs a lunch cruise on Sundays and is available for groups and functions.

P.B. Coonawarra

Built in 1894 as the J.L Roberts Barge, the P.B. Coonawarra was built onto the barge and took its first passenger cruise in 1950. It offers Sunday family cruises and Friday twilight cruises of the Murray and Darling Rivers Junction.
