Included with admission, 'Melbourne the Living City' is a 20-minute film about Melbourne and Victoria.

The Information Booth is located on the Observation Deck, and opens 7 days a week from 10:00am – 8:00pm providing a booking and information service for all visitors.

Cafe 360 is the ideal location to enjoy a meal or drink whilst enjoying the fascinating scenery.

The souvenir outlet on the ground level at Melbourne 360 provide an exclusive range of authentic products, souvenirs and gift items.

11 binoculars have been strategically placed around the Deck to enhance viewing capabilities, providing a superb view of Melbourne and the surrounds. All binoculars are free to use.

Services Officers are positioned around the Deck in easily identifiable uniforms that will happily assist patrons with questions, and direct groups to and from the Deck.

There are two outdoor viewing balconies located on the Observation Deck. This provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy the sensation of the natural elements high above the streets of Melbourne.
