Langford House (circa 1916) is a period home with ties to the earliest development of Tocumwal. Built by the Wise family, an eminent family and flour millers in the area. A unique tiled roof, 14 foot pressed metal ceilings and spacious rooms - this homestead has received numerous revamps through its interesting history. Now operating as a quality bed and breakfast offering guests home-baking, espresso coffee, dining options and a wonderful river town stay.

The three spacious guest rooms are set up ideally for couples, however, other bedding and sleeping arrangements are possible. All rooms have flat screen televisions and DVD players. En suites are bright, some with claw baths and all are well equipped. A full cooked breakfast is included in the tariff and is proving a feature with guests.

Situated only 100 metres from the mighty Murray River and a 15 minute walk to town centre.
