Naturewise Eco Escapes

Naturewise Conservation Holidays want to show you why the Grampians are a must see for all nature lovers visiting Victoria. Renowned for its rugged mountain ranges, rich cultural heritage and spectacular wild flower displays.

The 168,000 hectare Grampians National Park is a vast wilderness area protecting a diversity of plants and animals, many of which are endemic to the park.

Naturewise Conservation Holidays will take you behind the scenes on this exclusive, small group adventure as you work alongside a Parks Victoria Ranger to track and protect the elusive Brush-tailed Phascogales, which are on Victoria's threatened species list.

Take part in setting up camera monitoring equipment and collecting data, and in the process learn more about the animal's natural habitat while making a direct contribution to the Victorian Biodiversity Atlas.

You will sample some of the region's best wines, see ancient Aboriginal rock art as you immerse yourself in the local culture, and be inspired by the breathtaking landscape. This Grampians experience is not to be missed.

Eco-Voluntours
Rewarding, hands-on experiences which contribute to real conservation outcomes. You'll travel to places you'd never otherwise see, and take part in conservation or research activities.
