From dishes like rice paper rolls and banh xeo (crunchy flour pancake) to our all time favourite dish, Beef Noodle Soup (Pho). Vietnamese culture involves a lot of family gatherings and most of it is centred around food.

The class is not a cooking course it is an informal session where you learn the basics and share experiences by home taught cooks who enjoy cooking and celebrating with food. Come for an afternoon of fun.

Thought some of your favourite dishes can only be bought at your local restaurant? Learn how to make them yourselves and see how easy it can be!

All participants will be given the opportunity to prepare and cook.
