Perched on the banks of Albert Park is a little outpost of Qingdao, China, where the dumplings are to die for, the Peking duck a thing of beauty, and the seafood succulent. Hidden Jade occupies the ground floor of The Point Albert Park, and is a far cry from the meaty menu the venue's reputation was built upon. It's also a far cry from the ironic Chinese restaurants dotting the city; instead offering straight-up Sichuan cuisine cooked to perfection in a contemporary Chinese dining room.
