I Carusi II was opened in 2004 as a simple pizzeria. As a pioneer of the artisan pizza movement in Melbourne it quickly developed a loyal following.

It has since evolved to become an Osteria offering a full restaurant menu. Inspiration comes from Sicily (God's Kitchen) and countless Nonna's back home in Italy. Artisan, traditional and honest food. Home made gnocchi ragu, rib eye tagliata, and barramundi chowder are among some of the favourite dishes.

I Carusi II are now open from 12-noon on the weekends for lunch. Functions and private dining options are also available. The passionate staff will greatly enhance the experience.
