The Docklands precinct is set to deliver a Wonderland of Rhythm as the annual Blues Music Festival shakes, rattles and rolls into town with 15 local and international blues acts across three live stages on Sunday 16 October from 10am to 10pm.

The Blues Music Festival is a free family-friendly event and a celebration of live music with an indoor stage under the big top at the Wonderland Spiegeltent and two outdoor stages under the Melbourne Star and at the Harbour town Hotel.

The Festival is an All-Star All Blues line up of 15 acts across three stages including acclaimed Canadian headliner Mark Green, Sugar Bowl Hokum, Andrea Marr and The Funky Hitmen, Isaiah B Brunt, Dream Boogie, Geoff Achison, Lazy Eye, Doggone South featuring Eddie Boyle, Dan Dinnen, and the MBAS (Melbourne Blues Appreciation Society) Youth in Blues.

Carnival rides at Wonderland will be open during the day and evening and licensed venues at Harbourtown and Spiegeltent and will be open for business. Favourite carnival treats including popcorn, pretzels, fairy floss and ice cream are available for purchase and a special “Blues Food” food truck will be on site to satisfy appetites for soulful southern cuisine.
