The Whittlesea Monday Market has become the meeting place for visitors and locals alike. Close to the city, with a country and friendly community atmosphere.

Whittlesea Monday Market is open every Monday, including public holidays - rain, hail or shine.

Originally in Mernda, the Whittlesea Monday Market has been on the present site for almost five years and has around 120 plus stalls selling a wide range of products including fresh fruit and vegetables, plants and gardening advice, artisan breads, honey, eggs, clothing, work wear, tools, stock feeds and farm supplies, antiques and vintage collectables, electrical goods and the list goes on and on.

Everyone needs a snack whilst shopping, with the market offering a wide variety of food choices plus of course, a much needed coffee. Kids activities on school and public holidays. Free parking. Enjoy the theatre of the live auction - commencing at 9:00am.

Come along and embrace the friendly and true community atmosphere and know that you are supporting the volunteers of the Whittlesea showgrounds and recreation committee of management in maintaining this beautiful part of Melbourne.
