Salt and pepper whiting, sourdough with stracciatella and samphire.

Crisp confit pork hock.
Roast fennel bulb and anchovy crumb.
Celeriac and apple salad with celery and walnut pomme puree.

For dessert there will be rhubarb and vanilla cheescake.
