Refugee and Migrant Artworks - St Albans

03 93 101 008

Until 30 Sep 2016

AMES Australia’s youth classes from St Albans exhibit their lino printing artworks from workshops facilitated by Melbourne visual artist Joanne Mott.

This initiative is part of AMES Australia’s Youth Program that provides access to creative activities in the community in partnership with arts organisations. This project initially started in conjunction with the biennial Big West festival in the western suburbs of Melbourne part of the Engage! program supported by the Victorian Government.

The artwork will be displayed as part of Melbourne Fringe Festival which runs 15 September to 2 October, the most inclusive, all-encompassing multi-artform festival in Australia which embraces diversity and celebrates art for everyone.
