Melbourne Holiday Apartments Flinders Wharf is located in the Flinders Wharf complex in the Docklands area, along the northern bank of Melbourne's Yarra River on the edge of Melbourne's central business district (corner Flinders and Spencer Street).

This residential apartment complex is a short walk from Crown Casino and the Southbank restaurant and entertainment precinct, Etihad Stadium, and the Flinders Street and Southern Cross stations. It is right next door to the World Trade Centre and across the river from the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre and many of Melbourne's other great attractions.

A cross bridge at the Flinders Wharf doorstep allows easy access to the other side of the river and the South Wharf shopping complex, restaurants and the Melbourne Exhibition and Conference Centre.

The city trams run right by the building, including the free City Circle tram. It is also just a very short walk to Southern Cross train station and the Docklands precinct.

The apartments themselves have one bedroom with a central bathroom, laundry facilities, including washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen overlooks the living/dining room with balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave oven. The living area has large screen television, DVD player, lounge suite and a dining setting. There is a balcony off the living room. Cancellation and booking policy

Payment of a deposit or your total booking cost constitutes your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.A deposit equal to the cost of a one-night stay is required to secure your booking.Melbourne Holiday Apartments must receive the balance of the total cost for your booking at least seven days before your arrival.If full payment is not received by this time, Melbourne Holiday Apartments reserve the right to cancel your booking and relet the accommodation.The authorised signatory for the credit card used to make the booking must be a registered guest. If not, a credit card authorisation form needs to be filled out prior to check in.If a booking is cancelled more then seven days before the booked arrival date, Melbourne Holiday Apartments will refund your deposit using the same method you used to make your payment – e.g. using the same credit card details.The refund will be made within seven days of receiving notification of your cancellation.If you cancel your booking less than seven days before your booked arrival date, the full booking cost (deposit and the balance of the booking cost) is non-refundable and will be deemed by us as a cancellation fee. If this occurs, we will make every effort to relet the property and will refund you proportionally if we are successful in doing so, less a $50 cancellation fee. For example, if the property is relet for the entire period, we will refund the full booking cost to you, less $50.In the unlikely event cancellation is made by Waterfront Management Group (WFM Group), all money you have paid to date will be refunded to you within seven days, by the same method it was paid.WFM Group will make every effort to ensure the property you have booked is available on the dates you have booked, but if there are unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to make alterations to your booking or cancel it if required. We will make any changes in consultation with you.Check-in requirementsYou must notify Melbourne Holiday Apartments of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before you check in to ensure you have access to the building. Katrina will meet you at the apartment entrance at the arranged time. Katrina will wait for 45 minutes for you. If Katrina needs to return for a second check-in an additional cost of $50 will apply. Please contact Katrina prior to your arrival time if you will be late to avoid additional costs.An additional security bond will be pre-authorised to a credit card at check in of $500 to $1,000, depending on the property you are renting.If a credit card cannot be provided for this security bond, a cash security deposit of $500 is required.Guests who are unable to meet these check-in requirements will not be granted access to the apartments.
