Docklands Serviced Apartments offers two waterfront apartment accommodation options, The Sebel Melbourne Docklands and Docklands Apartments Grand Mercure Residences.

Both are designed to meet the needs of all guests travelling for either business or leisure, for short periods or for long.

The Sebel Melbourne Docklands offers guests all the services that they would expect of a hotel, including daily servicing, together with all the space and luxury of apartment style accommodation.

Docklands Apartments Grand Mercure Residences offers apartment accommodation located in the residential towers of NewQuay providing guests with well-appointed apartments with extra space and access to all tower facilities including weekly servicing.

The Docklands Serviced Apartments offer contemporary designed, fully self-contained Studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments.

All have spacious living areas, separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, private balcony and access to undercover car parking.

The apartments are all within walking distance of the CBD, Queen Victoria Market, Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel and Etihad Stadium. Public transport provides fast and convenient access to all of Melbourne's favourite sports, arts and recreational attractions

Studio deluxe apartments are compact in size yet include a separate bedroom, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a modern bathroom, open plan living/dining area and laundry facilities, all designed for your comfort. Studio Deluxe apartments can accommodate up to two guests in a Queen sized bed.

Two Bedroom, One Bathroom Apartment

Room capacity: 47

The two bedroom, one bathroom apartments offer views over the city skyline or waterfront and marina. The apartment is equipped with a Queen size bed and one Double bed and features a luxurious bathroom and large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge opening onto private balcony. This apartment sleeps a maximum of four people.

One Bedroom Apartment

Room capacity: 25

One bedroom apartments include a master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, open plan living and dining area opening on to a private balcony and laundry facilities. One bedroom apartments can accommodate up to two guests in a Queen sized bed or a third person can be accommodated for on a roll away bed.

Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Apartment

These two bedroom, two bathroom apartments offer breathtaking views over the city skyline or waterfront and marina. They are equipped with one Queen size bed and one Double bed and some are also furnished as one Queen size bed and two Singles. The apartment features a luxurious bathroom and large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge opening onto private balcony. Two bedroom apartments sleep a up to five people, with the fifth person utilising roll away bed.

Three Bedroom, Two Bathroom Apartment

The three bedroom apartment offers 180° views over the Harbour/Marina and city skyline. The apartment features one Queen size bed and two Double beds however additional combinations are available and can feature one Queen size bed, one Double and two Singles. There are two luxurious bathrooms and open plan kitchen, dining and lounge opening onto private balcony. The apartment sleeps a maximum of seven people with a seventh person utilising a rollway bed. Please advise which is your preference when making your reservation.

Cancellation and booking policy

Cancellations that are not notified within 72 hours of arrival will incur a one night cancellation fee. Seven night cancellation period during special event periods.

From Tullamarine Melbourne Airport, take Tullamarine Freeway towards the city. Take the Footscray Road exit, turn left into Footscray Rd, then turn right into Docklands Drive. Take the first left into Aquitania Way, then another left into Marmion Place, our reception is located on the corner of Aquitania Way and Marmion Place. Please note that tolls apply on the Citylink section of the Tullamarine Freeway, refer to signage.
