Situated just outside of Bright in north-east Victoria, Feathertop has been making hand crafted, cool climate wines from the 22 different grape varietals on their estate for over 25 years.Let their friendly cellar door team take you through a wine tasting of discovery with traditional and alternate varieties including Savagnin, Vermentino, Tempranillo, Prosecco and Friulano that will really get your taste buds going.When it comes time to eat, Feathertop's Alfresco Dining Restaurant is the place to be. Overlooking the mountains and sloping vineyards, it is open year round for lunch (check website for opening times). Head Chef Simon Buckley has created a seasonal and modern menu which represents the abundance of fresh produce from Kel's vineyard veggie garden and what can be sourced from producers in the Alpine Valleys. Also a relaxing option to enjoy on the stone terrace is a DIY seasonal platter of local produce. Feathertop stocks a huge deli range of cured meats, local cheeses, house made baguettes, dips and pestos, olives, pates, local trout for you to choose from. Feathertop is a cycle and family friendly venue with kids food options and playground facilities available. Luxury accommodation is also available at the winery.
