Located in Yackandandah's historical main street, Saint Monday is a modern cafe, underpinned by strong ethical values. Chef Nicole Matthews creates seasonal menus featuring local, biodynamic produce and free-range organic meats, with fun, wholesome options for all eaters - from the vegan to the ethical omnivore.

The drinks menu features direct-trade Coffee Supreme coffee, organic leaf teas, and a growing range of housemade fruity and floral sodas and fairtrade softdrinks.

Visitors will also find shelves brimming with housemade preserves, handmade farmhouse cheeses, free-range meats, sourdough bread, handmade cakes and desserts, and a range of ethical giftware.
