Guests are often taken aback by the beautiful, unique garden that is Timandra by the Sea. This sustainable, award winning garden is loved by adults and children alike. With an abundance of trees, it is a natural garden and a haven for many different birds and koalas.

Having won the 2014 Landscaping Victoria 'The Sustainable Landscape' gold award, Timandra Garden is a showcase of the wonders of working with nature in all of its forms. Timandra by the Sea is Ecotourism and ATAP certified.

Guided tours have Ecotourism certification delivered by Alison, Timandra's multi-award winning garden designer. Explanation will be given about the sustainable aspects and plant use in the garden.

The Narrawong Produce and Wares Market is held in Timandra Garden every 4th Sunday from 10:00am to 2:00pm throughout the year. Entry during market time is free.

Bring a picnic hamper with a rug and enjoy the large one acre garden in peace. In summer, the garden can be up to ten degrees cooler than elsewhere, such is the powerful, cooling effect of the multitude of magnificent trees within it.

There is an information sheet for garden visitors in the information box by the front entrance.
