Visit the Flagstaff Maritime Village on the shipwreck coast, look out over the raging Southern Ocean from the Cape Otway Lightstation, or hear the story of the Loch Ard Shipwreck near Port Campbell in 1878.
The best way to see the region's abundant marine life is to get out on the water. Join a tour and see dolphins at play, seals lazing about on the coast and local birdlife up close. Come between June and October and watch out along the coast for southern right whales and blue whales.
