Owner-Chef, Dan Hunter and his team serve a set menu over three to four hours using sustainable produce sourced from the organically managed land at Brae and from nearby farms.
Six eco-friendly luxury guest suites feature a king bed, organic cotton bed linen, star-gazing sky light, Tait outdoor furniture Jardan sofas, record collection (David Bowie, Miles Davis, Grace Jones, Nick Cave, Lorde, Beck, Caribou), Thorens turntable with in-ceiling speakers, cocktail bar, temperature controlled wine fridge, underfloor heating, bath with views to the rolling hills of The Otways and private outdoor areas.
