Cancellation and booking policy

AMEX & Diners Cards attract a surcharge of 3%. A non-refundable deposit is required for each night of stay at the time of booking.Full payment is required 28 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 28 days of arrival, full payment will be required 14 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required at the time of booking for reservations made within 14 days of arrival.An additional bond equal to one night’s accommodation is to be paid and will be refunded with 24 hours of checkout. In the case that damages are caused to the property, the bond will be retained and additional charges will be applied to cover the total cost of professional repair or replacement of damaged property.
