The gorgeous formal lounge has a gas log fireplace with a flat screen television & DVD player. You will be cosy with gas central heating and three split system air conditioners. Barkly and Haymes

Barkly and Haymes (312 Barkly St, Ballarat) is a recently renovated period home in a convenient central location (sleeps eight guests). The formal lounge features high ceilings and period features. The modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining/living area features a second television. There are three comfortable bedrooms with two bathrooms. The huge main bathroom comes complete with large corner spa. You will be warm and cosy with gas central heating. Electric blankets, quality linen and towels are provided (and also a welcome breakfast hamper). The undercover deck and alfresco area has a barbecue. There is an oversized two-car garage. Weekly servicing for longer stays. Three blocks to supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, Bridge Mall, bus interchange, 900 metres to Sovereign Hill, eight blocks to the train station.

10 Smith Street

Cancellation and booking policy

A non-refundable 50 per cent deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your booking. Full payment is required at least 30 days before arrival. Bookings made less than 30 days ahead require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellation fees are 50 per cent of booking if cancelling more than 30 days before arrival; 100 per cent of booking if cancelling less than 30 days before arrival.
