Prom Country Cheese serves cheese tastings, platters and lunches featuring handmade specialty cheeses and local farm produce. The modern cellar door is surrounded by pastures and animals on a sheep dairy farm in the picturesque Moyarra Valley.

The Brandon family is involved in the entire paddock-to-plate process from milking ewes to handcrafting the cheese, then proudly presenting distinctive, regional products to the visitor. Sustainable, natural and ethical farming techniques combine with simple raw ingredients to create a wide range of traditional, multi-award winning cheeses made from sheep, goat, and cow's milk.
