McKenzie River Rainforest Walk

Explore a rainforest river valley, walk over the McKenzie River on swing bridges and see the magnificence of the forest from within the canopy.

Location: Bemm River Scenic Reserve
Distance: 1 km return, 45 min
Grade: Level 2 – No experience required. The track is hardened gravel or compacted surface and may have a gentle hill section or sections and some steps. Walks up to 10 km.
Getting there: The Bemm River Scenic Reserve is 30 km west of Cann River and 45 km east of Orbost. Signposting on Princes Highway(A1) gives directions to an all-weather gravel access road  to the walk and parking area.
