Friday 4 May

  • Check in to a Superior room (double/twin share) at the stylish Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat and Spa.
  • Spend a soothing hour at the Mineral Spa followed by an elegant high tea.
  • Enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapés, followed by a three-course dinner with matching wines, Cognac, cheese and chocolates in the newly refurbished Wild Birch restaurant.

Saturday 5 May

  • Delicious cooked breakfast in The Conservatory at Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat and Spa.
  • Tour the Daylesford Farmers Market with the Market Manager and meet a range of local producers.
  • Visit the picturesque Ellender Estate for antipasto and a hands-on, wood-fired pizza lunch. Meet a rare breed pork producer from Jonai Farm and a premium trout producer from Tuki Trout Farm, whilst tasting and enjoying the estate's fine wines.
  • Settle in to the blissful, luxurious surrounds of a Waterfront Suite at Daylesford's iconic, multi-award winning Lake House.
  • Enjoy an exclusive dinner in the two-hatted Lake House restaurant, the table will be hosted by owner and executive chef Alla Wolf-Tasker AM.

Sunday 6 May

  • Start the day with a stroll around the shores of Lake Daylesford followed by breakfast served on waterfront deck at Lake House.
  • OPTIONAL Sunday activity: The Autumn Masterclass at Lake House features three of Australia's leading chefs,Justin North, Paul Wilson and Teague Ezard, moderated by Alla Wolf-Tasker in the Lake House demonstration kitchen. This masterclass not included in total weekend cost and is an additional $195 per person.
