With masterclasses and hands-on workshops at restaurants, wineries and purpose-built schools, you'll be making a meal of Victoria's best in no time.

Italian

Make nonna proud and master the art of handmade pasta, sausages, sauces and multi-course Italian feasts. Go Italiano at Green Olive at Red Hill, A Tavola at Pizzini Wines, Al Dente Cooking School at Billanook Estate, and Bendigo's Epicurean Delicatessen. Pronto.

French

Don't soufflé alone, join a French cooking class. In Trentham, learn from legendary Annie Smithers at Du Fermier's masterclasses in all things French and farmhouse: smoking, charcuterie, pies, cassoulet and custards. For an encore, master the ancient French art of charcuterie and impress your pals with your own pâté made at Piper Street Food Co. in Kyneton.
