Italian

Make nonna proud and master the art of handmade pasta, sausages, sauces and multi-course Italian feasts. Go Italiano at Green Olive at Red Hill, A Tavola at Pizzini Wines, Al Dente Cooking School at Billanook Estate, and Bendigo's Epicurean Delicatessen. Pronto.

French

Don't soufflé alone, join a French cooking class. In Trentham, learn from legendary Annie Smithers at Du Fermier's masterclasses in all things French and farmhouse: smoking, charcuterie, pies, cassoulet and custards.
